Order Cancellation Policy – Elite Leather Wear
At Elite Leather Wear, we are friendly and supportive of the fact that customer plans may not always align perfectly. And therefore, we are glad to be able to introduce a customer-oriented order cancellation policy that makes a customer’s shopping experience easier and more enjoyable.
How to Cancel Your Order

Additionally, do not forget to mention your Order Number and Reason for Cancellation when contacting us. We will then process your request and help you without delay.
Cancellation Timeframe & Deductions
We are engaged in an atelier of made-to-order and limited-editions, which equates to the fact that cancellations are allowed only while a set period of time is available:
- Undertaken within 24 hours of placing your order: ✅ Allowed to cancel 🔁 A 35% restocking/processing fee will be cut off from your refund.
- Done after 48 hours of placing your order: ✅ Your order may still be cancelled 🔁 A 50% deduction is the punishment for the decision that was made to cover the costs of processing and production.
- Late: ❌ It is impossible to cancel the reservation; most likely the order is already in the production process or on the road.
However, the goods cannot be withdrawn from Sale once shipped. Anyhow, you can apply our Return & Exchange Policy if you are not satisfied with your purchased items. .
Exceptions & Non-Cancellable Orders
Some orders are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances, including:

Custom-made or personalized jackets

Items already in production or picked for shipment

Products marked as “Final Sale” on the product page

Order Cancellation by Elite Leather Wear
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:

The product is out of stock

Issues with payment authorization

Pricing or listing errors

Suspected fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
