Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged or worn after delivery

Refunds

Process: Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you that it has been received.
Approval: If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchange

  • We offer free exchanges on eligible items within the 30-day window.
  • If you need to exchange your item, contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

No Restocking Fees – Hassle-Free Returns

We do not charge restocking fees. Whether it’s a change of mind or a sizing issue, our returns are straightforward and easy.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Include photos of the issue along with your order number, and our support team will assist you promptly with a refund or exchange.

International Returns

At this time, we only ship and accept returns within the United Kingdom. Any customs duties or taxes for special cases are the customer’s responsibility. Contact us directly for further clarification if needed.
