We start preparing your order within 1–2 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (UK time) will be processed the following business day.

Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays. During busy seasons, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended—but we’ll always keep you informed.

Good news—there are no additional fees to worry about. All applicable taxes, VAT, and import duties are included in the price you see at checkout.

📌 Note: We currently only ship within the UK. International shipping is not available at this time.
